Our vehicles must be used in accordance with all local traffic laws and may only be driven by registered drivers listed in the rental agreement — no racing, off-road driving, or illegal use. Renters must hold a valid driver's license and meet our verification requirements; age and terms may vary by vehicle and rental type, and private or direct bookings are reviewed individually. Security deposits start at $1,000, adjusted by vehicle and rental profile, and are fully refundable once the car is returned in the same condition.
Can I drive the car outside the city?
Yes, you may drive the vehicle outside the city limits, provided that the route is within the permitted territory indicated in your rental contract. Please inform us in advance so we can note it in your agreement.
What is your fuel policy?
Gas models are delivered full and returned full on 93-octane premium (or we'll refuel for you at a disclosed rate). Electric models (Spectre, Audi e-tron, Cybertruck) are delivered charged and returned at or above the delivered charge — we'll point you to the fastest chargers nearby.
Can the car be decorated for the wedding?
Absolutely. We allow wedding decorations as long as they do not damage the vehicle. Please coordinate the decoration details with us in advance so we can approve the materials and installation method.
