These Terms of Service govern your use of velocityexoticz.com and every booking or rental with Velocity Exoticz, a Florida company. By booking, paying a deposit, or renting a vehicle, you agree to these Terms. Every rental also requires a signed Exotic Vehicle Rental Agreement before keys are released; if these Terms conflict with the signed Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement controls.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Every driver must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid unrestricted driver's license, and be approved in writing by Velocity Exoticz. Proof of personal automobile insurance meeting the minimums below and a refundable security deposit (amount stated on your reservation) are required before pickup or delivery. Verification of your driver's license and insurance is required prior to release of the vehicle.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

A reservation is confirmed when the booking is accepted and the deposit or payment clears. You authorize Velocity Exoticz to charge your payment method on file for all amounts owed under your reservation and Rental Agreement, including rental fees, mileage overage, fuel, cleaning, late fees, damage, diminished value, loss of use, tolls, citations, and deductibles.

INSURANCE — YOUR COVERAGE IS PRIMARY

Notice pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 627.7263: the valid and collectible liability insurance and personal injury protection insurance of any authorized rental or leasing driver is primary for the limits required by ss. 324.021(7) and 627.736, Florida Statutes. Your policy must provide at least $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident bodily injury, $50,000 property damage, and comprehensive and collision coverage with a deductible no greater than $1,000 covering the actual cash value of the vehicle. Many personal policies and credit-card benefits exclude exotic or high-value vehicles — it is your sole responsibility to confirm coverage extends to the specific vehicle rented, and you assume all risk of any coverage gap. False or misleading insurance information is fraud and a material breach.

LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE AND LOSS

You are responsible for all damage to or loss of the vehicle during the rental period regardless of fault, including collision, theft, vandalism, fire, flood, mechanical abuse, curb rash, interior damage, and related towing, storage, and transport. You are additionally liable for repair costs or actual cash value, loss of use at the published daily rate, diminished value, administrative fees up to $500, and reasonable attorney's fees and collection costs. The security deposit may be applied to any amount owed and does not limit your liability.

AUTHORIZED DRIVERS AND PROHIBITED USES

Only approved drivers listed on the Rental Agreement may operate the vehicle. Prohibited: driving under the influence; racing, speed tests, or track use; off-road operation; burnouts or drivetrain abuse; rideshare, livery, delivery, or any commercial use; towing; exceeding seating capacity; pets or hazardous materials; smoking or vaping ($500 remediation); leaving Florida without written consent; use in a crime; or tampering with GPS, telematics, or anti-theft devices. Violations void all coverage and make you fully liable for the vehicle's actual cash value plus consequential damages.

MILEAGE, FUEL, AND RETURN

Your mileage allowance and per-mile overage rate are stated on your reservation. The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full (premium 91+ octane) or you pay pump cost plus a $50 service fee. Excessive cleaning incurs detail fees of $100–$250+.

LATE RETURNS AND GPS

A 60-minute grace period applies; thereafter the daily rate is prorated hourly, returns more than 2 hours late are billed as a full day, and returns more than 24 hours late incur a $250-per-day penalty and constitute conversion. Vehicles carry GPS and telematics; we may repossess at your expense, or report the vehicle stolen, upon breach or failure to return.

CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND EARLY RETURNS

Cancel 5 or more days before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 5 days of pickup receive a 75% refund of the remaining rental days. No-shows are treated as a cancellation at pickup. If insurance verification, license requirements, or the security deposit cannot be completed by pickup, the booking is treated as canceled by you on that date. Early returns are not refunded. If we must cancel for vehicle availability or a mechanical issue, you choose a comparable replacement or a 100% refund. Security deposits are always fully refunded on canceled bookings.

TOLLS, CITATIONS, AND FEES

You are responsible for all tolls, citations, towing, and impound fees, billed at cost plus a $35 administrative fee per notice. Other standard fees include: lost key or fob (replacement plus $250 programming), wheel or curb rash repair ($250–$1,000 per wheel), tire replacement in matched sets, waiting time ($35 per 15 minutes after a 15-minute grace), and after-hours delivery or pickup between 10pm and 6am (+$40).

WEBSITE USE

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Velocity Exoticz and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false booking information, or interfere with its operation.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Vehicles are provided "as is" and "with all faults." Exotic, high-performance vehicles are inherently more demanding to operate, and you assume all associated risk. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Velocity Exoticz's total liability arising out of any booking is limited to the amounts you paid for that rental, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Velocity Exoticz and its owners, employees, agents, and insurers from all claims arising out of your rental or use of this site.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES

An electronic signature, a photograph of a wet signature, or a signature sent by email or text is an original signature for all purposes.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts of the county where Velocity Exoticz maintains its principal place of business, and the prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your booking applies to that rental.
